
Minister Antony Derjacques, in his capacity as the Minister for Transport, has re-appointed the board of the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC), in accordance with Section 5 Cap 221 of the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation Decree No.30 of 1977.
The board is led by its chairman Andy Moncherry, who was appointed on December 16, 2020 for a period of three years, and Patrick Vel, chief executive of SPTC, also remains as the ex-officio member of the board.

President Wavel Ramkalawan led a delegation to Praslin Island yesterday morning to visit cargo facilities at the Baie Ste Anne port.
He was accompanied by Vice-President Ahmed Afif; the Minister for Transport, Antony Derjacques; the chairperson of the Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA), Gilbert Frichot and the chief executive of SPA, Ronny Brutus.

The Ministry of Transport has announced the appointment of Garry Albert as the chief executive (CEO) of the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA).
Mr Albert was appointed by the Minister for Transport, Antony Derjacques, on December 30, 2021, for a new mandate of three years effective January 1, 2022.
