The Department of Ports and Civil Aviation's main responsibility is to work through its agencies and partners to ensure Seychelles’ air and maritime transport networks run safely, efficiently, and securely, to help Seychelles’ businesses, and to get people and goods travelling both within the archipelago and internationally. We plan and invest in maritime and civil aviation transport infrastructure to keep Seychelles on the move, and have one of the largest and most complex capital portfolios in government.
